About.Experienced educators and franchise owners, Rafael and Dorothy Javellana embarked on this new challenge after retiring from their math and reading tutoring service. Together with their mentors, Hideki and Hikaru Matsunaga, they founded STEMON USA. They believe that literacy in machine language is vital in the development of our youth.
