About Us

Experienced educators and franchise owners, Rafael and Dorothy Javellana embarked on this new challenge after retiring from their math and reading tutoring service. Together with their mentors, Hideki and Hikaru Matsunaga, they founded STEMON USA. They believe that literacy in machine language is vital in the development of our youth. 

Our Goal

Our main goal is to spark a child's interest in Science and Technology. But we also hope to teach our students the necessary skills in order to keep up 
with the changing landscape of education and technology. We hope to inspire skills like autonomy, proactiveness, task-setting, problem-solving, teamwork, cooperation, and creativity.
